You give us: name, business name, email, phone, and details you share through contact forms, booking flows (Business Breakdown), our website chat widget, or onboarding.
Automatically: pages visited, device/browser type, referral source, and rough location (city-level) via standard analytics.
From clients: during engagements, we may process limited data from your CRM, calendars, and lead sources strictly to deliver the automation we build for you.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Period.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number to The WorkLess Co. — for example, through the chat widget on theworklessco.com — you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, account notifications, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers for email (Google Workspace), CRM (GoHighLevel), scheduling, analytics, and hosting (Framer). These providers access only what they need to do their job and are bound by their own privacy terms. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Client data confidentiality
When we build automations for clients, any data we touch (leads, customer records, internal docs) is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed-upon work. We don't share it, sell it, or repurpose it.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information. No digital system is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
Your rights
